Her focus is on creating space for clients to discover and step into the fullest versions of themselves to become stronger leaders faster. Natalie believes that leadership presence and purpose coupled with intentional practice nurture the alignment of head, heart, and hand for leaders, enabling them to navigate uncharted territory and engage in transformative work.

As a leadership coach, strategy and culture consultant, and seasoned facilitator, Natalie brings 20 years of experience leading programs in the areas of leadership and professional development, strategy design, organizational change management, and communications for global firms.
