Amanda Ambrose - Saratoga, California. Amanda brings more than 20 years of experience, working primarily with technology companies in executive coaching, leadership development, sales management, sales training, program and project management roles. Amanda has worked within organizations of all sizes, ranging from early stage start-ups, to large, multinational semiconductor and biotechnology corporations.

Although she specializes in 1:1 executive coaching, Amanda is equally adept at facilitating group coaching, workshops and training sessions with extended teams.

Amanda holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Business from Santa Clara University, a Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) certification from pioneering researcher and author Judith DeLozier, and is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) through the Coaches Training Institute.

Christopher Bolling - San Jose, California. Chris is an insightful, collaborative executive coach and consultant, bringing over 20 years of leadership and business experience to help you get the most from your individual and organizational performance.

Chris has skillfully played a broad range of leadership roles including business development, marketing, operations, sales management, store development, as well as real estate and project management.  In his most recent role as SVP of a publicly traded company, Chris was known for his exceptional strategic planning skills, dedicated and passionate leadership style, and his ability to translate vision into a well-executed stategy that produces results.

With a focus on increased self-awareness, authentic communication, and clarity of purpose, Chris knows how to transform the leadership conversation and build stronger, more capable leaders.

Nozomi Morgan - Atlanta, Georgia. Nozomi bridges the gap between intercultural communication and leadership. Her diverse international background gives her a wealth of experience as an executive coach and consultant to help Japanese companies succeed in global expansion and multinational companies and teams work effectively across borders and cultural barriers. Nozomi was born and raised in Japan, then studied and worked in Asia, Europe and North America. 

She started her career in Tokyo, earned her MBA from Yale and has garnered expertise as a corporate marketer, business strategist and consultant working with leading companies around the world such as Delta Air Lines, American Express, Oracle, The Home Depot, P&G, Johnson & Johnson, Siemens, Canon, Konica Minolta and more. She is also a regular contributor to Forbes.com as well as Huffington Post.

Jennifer Britton - Sunnyvale, California.  Jennifer is a CTI leadership program graduate and mentor who has a passion for helping organizational cultures and leaders go deep, finding the places where edge work is needed, whether it is trust-building, cultural change facilitation or improving inter-departmental communications.   She has coached and/or consulted with small and medium-sized Bay Area companies, non-profit Executives and/or organizations and numerous local government agencies.  

Previously a local government manager with a focus on intergovernmental relations and organizational development, Jennifer herself is a natural leader at home, work and play.  Her not-so-secret passions include co-leading cultural change initiatives, conscious parenting, writing and hiking.  She is currently serving as the consulting Dean for the DiaNova Foundation, a soon to be non-profit aimed at advanced training for healing professionals in the area of Intimacy Mentoring and Clinical Sexology in San Francisco, CA. 

Rey Castellanos - Sacramento, California.  Rey is an executive & leadership coach that specializes in working with millennials and those who lead millennials. As one of the youngest credentialed coaches in the world, Rey Co-Chairs ICF Global’s Western Region Advisory Council for North America where he leads the leaders of 3,200 coaches within 17 chapters.
